Having practiced within a large firm and a boutique firm – along side law firms, wealth advisory firms, capital management firms, and venture capital firms – as a compliance manager, consultant, and strategic developer- and from the east coast to the west coast – Kyle has gain experience in all areas of taxation and strategic financial maneuvers. Kyle’s knowledge base extends across all industries and entity types with a specialization in closely held structures operating in the service based, real estate, investment, sales, and production industries. Kyle’s has experience in optimal portfolio and business structuring, strategic tax investment compliance, investment venture opportunity exploration, and consulting across a broad spectrum of business and strategic activities. Kyle excels in consulting his clients on the proper way to structure their finances and lives for the most optimal tax treatment. Kyle is a Georgia native and is currently living in Atlanta, GA. Kyle enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting, traveling, skiing, and trying out new restaurants across the Atlanta area.
